Plastic Forming Incorporated located in Fort Worth, Texas is hiring for experienced machine operators. Must be able to work any 2 shifts. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 1st Shift Hours (M-Thu 5:00am-3:30pm) 2nd Shift Hours (M-thu 3:30pm-1:30am) 4 ten hour shifts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Read and comprehend production and packaging schedules, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operate machines and observe them during production. If problems are detected, they can stop processes and make minor repairs, or refer major problems to Managers and Maintenance.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Move materials from receiving to production, utilizing the ERP system<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure the equipment functions efficiently and that all procedures work correctly.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Set up and adjust machines, then monitor them for unusual noises or movements during production.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Charge material into any equipment by following safe guidelines.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Retrieve samples for QC sampling during production.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to ensure that the results of their activities meet corporate and regulatory standards, and the expectations of consumers.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Clean and set-up equipment before production, ensuring it is in working order and set to required specifications.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Replace or advise Maintenance of worn parts prior to a break down to minimize equipment downtime.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assemble customer orders from stock, places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mark materials with identifying information.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Record amounts of production materials or items received or returned for production use.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ability to read and comprehend and abide by SOPs.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Break down, clean, and operate multiple pieces of production or packaging equipment.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use computer to enter records in the ERP system.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform other related duties as assigned<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Education\/Experience<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience with operating machines necessary<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Overtime and Weekends as needed. Pay is based on experience. Immediate openings and immediate interviews. Please apply in person between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (Masks Required). Monday-Thursday.
